Volxim builds WhatsApp automation for businesses: an automatic first response to inquiries that filters each request, collects the required details, and sets the next step, so far fewer inquiries slip through, even outside business hours.
We work as an integrator. Instead of building new technology from scratch, we scope, set up, and connect your system on top of existing platforms that fit your business, such as the WhatsApp Business API through Meta. That keeps the cost lower and makes for a more organized and controlled process, and it means you do not need to understand the technology to use the service.

We charge only for our own work, and every third-party cost is explained separately and paid by you directly to the provider. Prices shown are for general information and are confirmed in a formal proposal before anything begins.
Privacy by design
The site does not create accounts or process payments. Its live forms accept only the details a visitor actively consents to submit, for handling that request. A live connection happens only after scoping, a fit check, an approved proposal, and verified payment.
A managed service
You do not need technical knowledge. We scope, set up, and hand over a system that is ready to work, and support the components under our responsibility on an ongoing basis.
Honest scope
Not every field of activity is a fit, and a live WhatsApp Business connection depends on Meta and third-party providers, which are outside Volxim's control. We say so up front, before you commit.
