Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
General
Volxim respects the privacy of its users. This document explains what information is collected on the Site and how it is used. Use of the Site is intended for individuals 18 and older, and constitutes agreement to this policy.
What happens to the information you enter on the Site
When using the scoping tool (Hebrew) (/start) or the partners tool on the Site, the details you enter stay in your browser and are not saved by us on the Site as long as you have not taken an action you initiated.
The "Copy summary" action copies the summary to the clipboard on your own device only, and does not send it to Volxim.
The "Send by email" action opens a draft email in your email software or app. Only if you choose to send the email will the details be transferred through your email provider and reach Volxim for handling the inquiry.
Copying a summary or opening a draft email does not constitute consent to marketing communications.
As with any website, there may be basic technical processing needed to load the Site, for security, and for proper operation. For the scoping tool (Hebrew) and the partners tool specifically, the Site does not save those details in a database and does not use browser storage for this purpose.
The English business fit check (/fit-check) is different from the browser-only tools described above. It requires you to actively check a consent box before submission. Once you consent and submit, the details you entered are sent to us and stored so we can review your inquiry and reply.
Business fit check, Contact form, and Onboarding form
The business fit check, Contact form, and Onboarding form each require you to actively check a consent box before you can submit; nothing is sent or stored before that. Once you check the box and submit, the details you entered are sent to us and stored, first-party, on a database we control.
What is stored: for the business fit check, your business name and type, main need, contact name, email or phone, country, and any optional language or market details you choose to provide. For the Contact form, your name, the email or phone you provide, the topic you select, and your message. For the Onboarding form, your business details, the scenarios and needs you describe, and your contact details.
Why: to review fit and reply (business fit check), respond to your message (Contact form), or review your request, prepare a proposal, and, once you approve it, carry out the onboarding you asked for (Onboarding form). We do not use these details for any other purpose.
How long: we keep these details only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, message, or onboarding request. A specific maximum retention period for these forms has not yet been finalized; a default of up to 180 days, in line with the retention approach used elsewhere in our data handling, is currently planned but still pending a final policy decision. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time, see below.
Who can access it: only authorized Volxim personnel, through an internally protected system gated by a private access credential. It is not publicly accessible and is not shared with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers described under "What information" below, needed to operate the Site.
Correction or deletion: to review, correct, or delete details you submitted through any of these forms, contact us at info@volxim.com. See also "Your rights" below.
What information
Information entered in the browser-only scoping and partners tools stays on your device as described above. Information you consent to submit through the business fit check, Contact form, or Onboarding form is stored as described in the preceding section. In addition, infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare, used to host and secure the Site) may process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for the operation and basic security of the Site.
The Site may use URL parameters, such as a partner code, to identify the source of an inquiry. This information is processed in the browser and, in the current setup, is not saved in a Volxim database.
Cookies
The Site may use cookies essential to its operation. At this stage, no external analytics tool is active on the Site. You can manage cookie use through your browser settings.
Language preference
Language preference: if you choose a language, we store a small setting in your browser (volxim_locale) so we don't ask again. It stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and is never used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Third-party services
If and when an actual service is provided, external providers (such as Meta / the WhatsApp Business API) may be used. Their use, and any transfer of information to them, to the extent required, will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of those providers, and will be clarified separately before the Service is provided.
Information security
We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every risk.
What not to enter
Do not enter passwords, verification codes, credit card or payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information on the Site.
Your rights
You may contact us to request to review information relating to you, correct it, or delete it, at info@volxim.com.
Future capabilities
If and when capabilities such as AI tools, analytics tools, a CRM system, or online payment are activated on the Site, this policy will be updated and presented before activation, and will detail what information is collected, where it is sent, and how it is processed. As long as the policy has not been updated, these capabilities are not active on the Site.
Changes
A binding, final Privacy Policy will be presented separately before the actual Service is provided, and will include, among other things, details on data retention and processing as part of the Service.
