Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Volxim website (the "Site") and the content and tools shown on it. "The Service" means the setup and support services for a WhatsApp response and automation system, to the extent actually provided. Using the Site constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, you should not use the Site. Use of the Site is intended for individuals 18 and older and for authorized representatives of a business.

"Volxim Automation" is an operating name and a digital brand in formation. Its presentation on the Site should not be seen as a declaration of a registered company, a business registration number, a licensed or exempt dealer status, or a physical address. Official contact and incorporation details, to the extent required, will be provided as part of a separate offer and engagement terms.

The Site, the demos, the simulations, the prices, and the summaries shown on it are information and illustration only. They do not constitute a commitment, a binding order, a contract, or payment confirmation. The actual Service will be provided only after a formal proposal and agreement on separate engagement terms.

Any summary or response produced on the Site is preliminary, for the purpose of a fit check, and is not a contract, an order, or payment confirmation. Details entered on the start page (Hebrew) remain in your browser unless you choose to share the summary yourself. The English business fit check works differently: after you actively consent and submit, the details you provided are sent to us and stored so we can review your inquiry and reply, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some connections and services depend on external providers, including Meta / the WhatsApp Business API and broker/automation platforms. Their use is subject to the policy, eligibility, costs, approvals, and availability of those providers, usually tied to the customer's own account. Volxim assists with the setup but is not responsible for the decisions, costs, availability, or blocking by these providers.

The Site may include links to external websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience, and their content, availability, and policy are not under Volxim's control and are not its responsibility. Proceeding from the Site is done by copying the summary or sending it to us by email, on your own initiative only, and it can be edited by you before sending.

The customer undertakes to make lawful use of the system and messages only, and not to send abusive, misleading, or spam messaging, or content that infringes rights. Responsibility for message content, distribution lists, recipient consent, and compliance with all applicable law (including consumer protection law and the prohibition on marketing messaging without consent) rests with the customer. The customer is also responsible for complying with the policies of Meta / WhatsApp and other providers.

This includes: no impersonating another person or entity, no publishing fake reviews or unverified information, no violating privacy, copyright, or third-party rights, and no using automation to bypass the policy, limits, or protection mechanisms of Meta / WhatsApp or other providers.

Volxim does not commit to a business result, revenue, savings, a volume of inquiries or customers, continuous availability of the Service, or receiving approvals, verifications, or templates from Meta / WhatsApp or other providers. Any presentation of capabilities, prices, or examples on the Site is for illustration only.

Prices shown do not include applicable tax unless stated otherwise, and separate third-party costs may apply. At this stage there is no payment on the Site. Payment, if and when made, will occur after approval of a final proposal and terms, and through a payment provider to be determined. Actual work begins only after a proposal and terms are approved and payment has actually been received, not on the basis of a screenshot of a transfer or a payment statement.

Do not provide false, incorrect, or misleading details, and do not impersonate a person, a business, or another entity. Do not use the Site for fraud, deception, unlawful collection of information, or any unlawful purpose.

Volxim may, at its sole discretion, decline to continue handling a suspicious or unverified inquiry, request basic business verification before starting work, or discontinue providing the Service, all without liability toward the requester.

The content, design, text, and marks on the Site, as well as the Site's structure, the system-building flow, the scenarios, the simulations, the logic, and the scoping experience, are Volxim's property. Do not copy, reproduce, imitate, reverse engineer, or use them, in whole or in part, without prior written approval.

The Site and the Service are provided as is, with no guarantee of a result. Subject to applicable law, Volxim's liability shall be limited, and no liability shall apply for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Site or the Service. Subject to applicable law, Volxim shall not be liable for faults, delays, blocking, or unavailability on the part of third-party providers (such as Meta / WhatsApp) that are not under its control. Subject to applicable law, the customer shall indemnify Volxim for claims arising from unlawful use, from message content, or from the customer's breach of provider policy.

Volxim may update these terms from time to time. The final binding version, to the extent required, will be provided as part of a separate offer and engagement terms before the actual Service is provided.

These terms, in their current version, do not establish binding governing law or jurisdiction. The governing law and jurisdiction will be explicitly set out as part of a separate, binding offer and engagement terms, before the actual Service is provided.
